It's not that I doubt you...not at all. But drinking half our weight in ounces of water daily is so incredibly important - even in colder climates (if you're in one) because heating of the air dries a body out. Water is incredibly important and we must drink that much BESIDES our intake of other fluids (such as the dehydrating caffeine drinks).
