Sounds like you're instinctly doing things VERY well!
The only thing I would add, is, make sure you drink half your weight in
ounces of pure (unfluoridated and unchlorinated) water daily. (I weigh 160 and drink 80
ounces of water a day, although I'm presently on a strict regimen again and hope to lose another 10
pounds of toxins...we shall see...)
As far as the HBP, you'd be wise to take a good grade of
Seasalt , like
this one. The
table salt (which is demineralized AND bleached) is NO GOOD!
Good job! Many of us have learned that pulsing
Iodine (days on and days off) work quite well. I'm actually not taking it right now, (after taking very high doses for about a month's time) and I will go "back on" when I feel led to...am still doing some detox "catching up" clearing away some nasty stuff. Actually had BLACK diarrhea the other day...and I feel soooooo much better today...and I've been supplementing with
Iodine for almost two years now.
