Hi Cinnamons,

I have successfully cured (or controlled at least) my HBP with an aryuvedic (from India) thing called 'Mukta Vati'.

It has also reduced my resting heart rate @ about 90 down to 54(!).
It took about 10 days for it to work.

The same happened to my father, who also is taking Mukta vati.

Maybe you want to look into it. Its all natural.
I've been on it since April. My BP is still perfect and heart rate still nice and low.
