Re: dizzyness on waterfast
Wow...a commune in Costa Rica...isn't it amazing how the internet connects us all over the world?!
Grade A maple syrup is more refined and has many of the nutrients removed from it...it is not as good, but you have to be practical and use what's available. Do you have pure
Sugar cane juice there...not syrup, but juice? Stanley Burroughs...who originated the Master Cleanse...stated that this was the most ideal...you just drink the juice with the maple syrup and cayenne in it...no water. You can also use pure sorghum to replace the maple syrup...mixed the same as you would if using maple syrup.
Yes, you can use any good
parasite cleanse...follow the directions for whatever product you use.
DO NOT USE SEA WATER!!! Aside from the issue of salt concentration, there are all sorts of organisms in it, including parasites. You want to get rid of these...not add more to your body!
I don't recommend the salt water flushes either...for different reasons than Dr. Anderson. They contribute to dehydration which can result in constipation in the long run. If your bowels are moving regularly with the shakes alone, you don't need anything additional to expel the waste. If you experience any constipation while doing the cleanse,
colonics or enemas are safer and more beneficial.
And, nope...not full time! You just caught me when I was around!
