The white tongue coating can be candida...but is also common when fasting and indicates toxins being released and trying to expel anyway they can. The problem with the Master-Cleanse (lemonade) if candida is present is that maple syrup feeds the yeast and can make it worse...better to stick with a juice fast (mostly greens) with candida.
LOL...I have no idea how you get the juice out of Sugar cane...but it would be a shame if you couldn't find some way to do it! I imagine you need some sort of press...or maybe an industrial-strength juicer would do the job...a lot of juicers can handle ginger, so I would think that Sugar cane would not be that much different.
