Bone spurs are not caused from excess calcium. Bone spurs result from constant repeated pulling on one area of bone. For instance bone spurs are common in the heels of people with fallen arches. The fallen arch causes the tendon running under the arch to the heel to become too tight. The pulling on the bone causes a piezoelectric effect of the bone (the same principle in how we mineralize bone) causes minerals to deposit at the stressed point.
Excess calcium does not cause hardening of the arteries either. This also includes oxidized cholesterol accumulation. The accumulation results from arterial inflammation, not excess calcium. The most common cause of arterial inflammation is elevated homocysteine, which can also result from hypothyroidism, which frequently is not picked up by lab tests. Hypothyroidism is also more common in women since estrogen can interfere with thyroid function.
As far as entering the body faster, this does not mean better. It does mean you will need to urinate sooner. That is about it. By the way, any highly purified water will enter the bloodstream quickly. It is called osmosis. Water will travel from a level of higher purity to a lower level of purity. Same principle of using salt baths to detox. In this case though the water is being pulled out of the body. So getting water to absorb rapidly is nothing magical or spectacular. Just something else to use for sales hype.
