I have never looked much in to structured water. I still think that most of what is being sold as the new miracle water of the month is nothing more than sales hype. For example there is one water on the market that claimed to be structured in to smaller molecules for better absorption, and was supposed to be oxygenated. First of all faster absorption does not mean better. It just means faster out. Not to mention that the real reason these waters are so fast absorbing is because of their higher purity. Simple laws of osmosis. Of course this also means that it will not only take toxins from the body, but also vitamins and minerals. As for being saturated with oxygen, again this is misleading. Oxygen saturation at a given pressure is temperature dependent. The colder the water is the more oxygen it will dissolve. The warmer the water is the more oxygen it will lose. This is why many species of trout cannot survive in warm water. They actually suffocate because the warmer water cannot hold enough oxygen for them.
I still prefer spring water first. Otherwise reverse osmosis water with minerals added back to the water to reduce the water's solvency. This way it is less likely to rob the body of valuable nutrients.
