Well said, Dakkxi!
Knowing, and noticing how you feel, as you try different things, you know what to try next time...and 'symptoms' may become tiresome...which is a good thing because one panics less.
Then, when some symptoms vanish, we are surprised at the 'quiet', and we realize all that the critters were responsible for...and we WEREN'T!
The relief is amazing! There are no longer any compulsions to, say, eat sugar. Weight begins to level out, for one thing...and we are far more even-tempered.
People smile at us more frequently, and we look better in the mirror.
Life becomes more interesting, and we are ready for it.
That's the 'adventure' in
parasite cleansing...awareness.
'Knowing' means hope.
One way or another we are going to have to deal with critters. We just dislike the 'learning curve', I think...especially if it was a shock to learn it is necessary.
