The 'in-between' herbs are...
...1/4 tsp of each, daily, of cinnamon, ginger, cloves; and garlic, onion, sage, and thyme...WITH FOODS.
All may be dried and powdered and purchased in the grocery store.
I suggest that the first three NOT be mixed with the last four, simply because of the taste.
These herbals and spices are enough to hamper the life cycles of parasites, and keep their populations down, without causing parasite 'resistance' to the substances.
R.G. was at one time speaking about offering them in capsules, for convenience. I don't know if they are currently available from Humaworm, Inc.
