I can not find the original post but would like to know directions for the parasite cleanse with coq-10. sounds great to me because I messed up my thyroid for 6 months while using Black-Walnut Hulls!!! By accident I heard a TV Dr. say not to use Black-Walnut with thyroid problems. It was bad and cost a lot of money and time to get all those blood tests and still couldn't regulate it. Once I stopped the Black-Walnut the thyroid settled down. cricket
