and still going, and going, and going...
Early this week, i surfed in by accident (or perhaps, through the benisons of serendipity???) and have spent as much time since reading through Curezone as my poor eyes can tolerate, and endure.
Monday (or as soon as my supply of water and lemons arrives), i'm doing the lemon fast, but will post about that topic elsewhere in the Forum.
Meanwhile, a question about CoQ10:
i have a 100 cap bottle (nearly full) of TwinLab CoQ10 -- 10,000 mcg each, and want to begin the cleanse, but am confused about the appropriate dosage...
because
people who weigh around 100 lb seem to take 3,000 mg??? (3g??). Does that mean that i (weighing in +/-190 lb) should take 60,000 mcg /day?
Is it NECESSARY to remove this white powder from the capsules? Is it supposed to be orange???? (If so, i wonder, have we been wasting money all these years?) i took 2 caps /day. The suggested dose from the label is 2-3 caps /day.
Is there any reason that i cannot continue the CoQ10 cleanse after initiating the lemon fast?
Thank you for responding.
Pues, ciao,
dj
