I don't think overeating out of boredom is an ED, most people have probably done that at some point in their lives. That's a good idea to get on the treadmill, exercise is a great way to help you not to overeat.
I'm doing well with the exercise. My weight is about the same as when I first started, but I feel a lot better. I plan on posting on the exercise forum once I start to notice a difference in my shape.
