try flax mucilage. this is how you get it. take some flax seeds put them in a jar and cover with about three or four times as much water as seeds. let sit over night, about 8 to ten hours. during that time the mucilage from the flax is leached into the water.
now, take that jar and empty contents into a blender. blend. then eat a big bowl of this first thing in the am.
works wonders. try doing this everyday for a week.
i think someone was talking about cooking hte flax to get the mucilage out but i have never tried that.
