Hello Dan...so are you not mixing the Bentonite with psyllium before downing it? It's pretty unusual to just take the Bentonite by itself. Reason being...you don't really want it to stay inside you - when mixed directly with the psyllium, it's kind of assured to be swept out with the psyllium (and other gunk it all picks up). I think I gave you a post on Bentonite and psyllium on the bowel forum? You might want to get the psyllium involved to sweep out whatever is causing you discomfort...either parasites or mucoid plaque...

Make sure you don't take the bentonite WITH the paragone, either. The Paragone and bentonite should be seperated by at least 1/2 hour. One hour is better actually. (I know...it makes it quite a schedule juggle when one is eating too...since both things have to be taken on an empty stomach..)
