I know that pain is involved before you pass parasites. I posted in the bowel forum when I had a nagging pain in my right side, I thought I was having liver problems. It lasted 2 days and finally I gave myself an enema and flushed out an assortment of dead things - and the pain dissapeared as soon as I did that. Why not try an enema? Dont be aggressive with Epsom Salts or anything, just a gentle warm water flush.
