Hi Rainy:)

Yes, I agree with u. It could be anything what had coursed 'where we are'. In my case partly it could be my junk eating habits plus sugars. Anyway, it is OUR own choices what to eat. All I know it should be 'happy' style of eating not 'SAD' one (well known in the world). Steve recently sent me a wikipedia link with an explanation what ADHD means. I looked at it and said - it is 90% me. Ok, thanks to God I sleep very well.

Then I googled ADHD diet and got an answer in a form of changing my eating habits. Restriction of Sugar is almost on the first place and recommendations of eating HEALTHILY.

I feel better today. My brain fog is less. I DO MY BEST to eat 2 times a day (with an occasional addition of fruits) - lunch time and time between 6 and max 9p.m.. I had very good dinner today (salad and boiled chicken slices) Yam! Then after 2-3 hh I cought myself on a thought that AGAIN I want to eat. But then.. I just felt that I am not hungry actually and I am ok.

Also going to take omega-3 products: fish (very rare though - mercury), flax and hemp oils, walnuts (the highest content of omega-3 among nuts!). Going keep going exercising (I jog and cycle to work and back). Also to bit anxiety it is recommended to do deep-breathing exercises (being on fresh air of course), plus to cure ur brain quicker it is recommended to take a deep breath, put ur head down lower than ur heart level and keep ur breath as long as u can (repeat several times). Bu changing my diet is the main thing here plus trying to understand what's going on inside me.
