I agree, this is how Curezone should be used. Be anonymous, but state the facts, ALL of them. Not doing so is like taking a car to the garage and asked for the "problem" to be fixed while deliberately withholding information on it. I guess such people will always have high garage bills and poorly running cars, until of course they break down completely, then they will wonder why! Unlike cars though, you can't trade your body in for a new one, so it's a very foolish game to play indeed.
If the forum you post to can't provide an answer or solution, people here are usually willing to help with alternative suggestions, and people are free to take those on board or not.
But the most important thing is to be honest and truthful, or if you cannot be then at least say so and explain why, I really appreciate someone here recently who did just that. It is so frustrating to try and help when you know you are not being given the full story.
