Very true.
Sometimes I wonder how anybody can eat right with all the junk that is available.
Its really like wading through a jungle. You have to actually know what to touch and what not to.
Without knowing, one could easily have a difficult time and go all the way over to thinking maybe a disorder of some kind.
On the debate forum ChrisB told me about a book that I find covers extremely well the best guidelines for eating right.
Some of the best info I have read on the subject, all of which I never heard of before.
The book is "Fit For Life" by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond.
It really stands as a guide because you really come to know and understand the how, when, and why of what to eat.
That in itself should steer most anyone clear of believed disorders of eating.
The book pretty much covers the subject of Natural Hygiene. A subject very little known for most of a hundred years till this book.
