I agree with that, and also, before you become clearly allergic--before you Get clearcut reactions? in my case sneezes, runny nose, bloodshot eyes, heart racing very fast, sudden headaches, sudden change in blood pressure etc--there is a phase of sensitization where the allergy develops and progrressively increases the inflamation of your gut. The dull intestinal pain get worse and worse and you don't know why.
I am eating no veggies whatsoever now, just fruit, and it's great.
