ketchup 2 of my flora levels are very low like 2 but genova say i do not have candida yet i cant take probtics because it makes all my symtpons flare my e-coli flora level is 5 to high so that has caused bacteria overgrowth and making all my symtpons flare when i take protics thats why im being re tested using blood and urine i have imblances in the gut so sumthing has to be causeing them use liver gallbladder probs come into it but Liver Flushes leave me alittle sore inside especially under my right rib for a few days and the espom salts gives me intestinal wind so i dont think they are the answer im just trying to get sum answers to why im sore inside well all down right hand side and why my lower back hurts when i have bowel movement and why my knees ache the joints aroud it toxins are re circualting with me when i do any cleanse all that happens is my joints ache even after living flushing they killed because im not getting rid of the rubbish do u eat fresh fruit now or cook it??
