What is the BEST and SAFEST Parasite Cleanse to use???

Hello, I am new to parasite cleansing. I have never done it but have been pretty sick for a couple years. It is getting worse to the point of my mouth and throat burning and a heavy coating on my tongue...bad pains in my belly, bloating, sever back pains, SEVER fatigue...I have a hard time getthing through the day. I have some heart problems also. Is parasite cleansing safe? I don't have a doctor and we don't have a homeopathic doctor here in the are. ARE THERE ANY LIFE THREATENING SIDE EFFECTS TO DOING A parasite CLEANSE??? If so what? Are there any side effects at all? Thank you so much for your help! I'm a mother of 5 children and am afraid that if I don't do something soon, I will die from this. Someone said I had all the symptoms of Ovarian cancer and mercury toxicity. I thought that maybe by starting with the parasite cleane it would help. How long and how often do you have to do this cleanse....does it cause rapid heart beat????
