I agree with brian. Dr.clarks cleanse seems like it does the job. Some people dont have side effects, some are mild and others more sever. But all the side effects are managable. For me i get really nervous and anxiety attacks. It is worth it though, because since starting the cleanse i have gone from having 3 full blown panic attacks a day... to now just mild anxiety and discomfort. I am also getting my almalgams removed and dealing with heavy metal toxicity. The cleanse is safe, my doctor has agreed with this. It will help you so much.
