Actually my experience with the
Bentonite is that it tends to coat the tongue so not sure that would work but it can't hurt to try. It certainly won't hurt you to swallow it and may do a world of good. Just make sure to drink at least 8oz of water per tablespoon of clay.
What I find best for sore mouth problems is also painful the first few times you do it. That is a rinse and gargle with lemon juice, diluted with water. Also a rinse with warm saltwater (don't swallow this one it will give you diarrhea for sure). It will sting the first few times but it speeds up healing time for the mouth. Or you can make up some lemonade with a pinch of ceyenna pepper and using grade B maple syrup as sweetner (lemonade fast). Just sip it all day. It does wonders.
I've also read that using clove oil can help heal or at least lessen the pain in the mouth. I thought it was revolting when I tried it so I can't give any testimony as to whether it works or not.
I posted the supplements in the
Liver Flush area so I'm just going to cut and paste from there.

I think what you take for the heavy metals depends on what part of the body is being affected. For me it causes leg pain. When I looked this up in Dr. Clarks book "Cure for all Diseases" I found out that it was probably metal. I'm taking 200mg of lipoic acid three times per day, 5 gm vitamin C, magnesium oxide 300mg twice a day, and 50 mg niacin three times per day. Sometimes the niacin gives me a huge flush. But it increases the blood flow to my legs so I think it's essential for me. She says to take the supplements for a month but like I said before I havent' gotten the teeth fixed so I may end up needing to continue a partial dose after the one month mark.
She also recommends the liver and kidney cleanses for getting rid of heavy metals.
All I know for sure is I can be free of leg pain for the first time since I was 5 years old. That's about 38 years of pain I had. Thank God for Dr. Clark!
Take care,
Lisa
