Conservatives are more wealthy in general because of this.

Wow, what a load of BS that opinion piece is.

Conservatives give only if they get something in return.

Charities will give them a Tax-write off for their donation then afterwards *Conservatives* give themselves a pat on the back for being "so generous". That's why they give to Charities and not to individuals. How often do they give money directly to a person that needs it? They won't do it, because there's no Tax-write off involved.

I know all about most Non-Profit Organizations. Most all of the money goes to the top and many times gets pocketed and by the time it gets down to the bottom the people that are supposed to get the money get nothing.

If Conservatives were generous there would be no need for Social Programs and there would not be a cry for change.
