If you think you have it, then I think you should first try to go on juice fasting (vegetables), with coffee enema daily.

Juice fasting should slowly kill that worm and then you can do parasites cleanse to kill any eggs ...

As main diet for dogs is meat, it is highly unlikely that heartworm can live long time inside someone who is only drinking freshly pressed vegetable juices and flushing colon with coffee enema daily ...
