Heartworm

I think I may have heartworm. Does anyone know if hat Dr. Clarkia tincture from sbherbalremedies.com kills heartworm. Or does anyone know any other natural remedies?
I've been looking all over the web, but all I can really find are lists of measures to take to keep your pets from getting them. The websites I went to said that a lot of the time heartworm medication would kill your pet. Either that, or the blockage of worms would.
I wanted to try that zapper thing, but I'm afraid it would kill all of the worms at once and leave a massive blockage in my heart and I'll die of a stroke or something.
I'm very worried. If anyone has any advice to give, I'd be glad to hear it.
