When you're using Cilantro, how much and how often?

I'm going to give the DMSA and ALA a shot. The DMSA I had was expired so I had to order some more. What's a good brand of ALA?

Now I've got to figure out what support supplements I should take while on the DMSA. Do you know anything about AdvaClear? I want to keep it simple.
