Salt/Water program for High Blood Pressure

Hello: For those of you who has so successfuly used the salt/water program for lowering your BP, I have a question.

I went to the curezone site where it is located but all they say is to use 1/4 teaspoon of this salt with every quart of water. So, what does that mean - do you put the salt INTO the quart of water or what????? It is not very clear at all.

Also, I always use the Haine brand of Sea Salt from the health food store but I don't think this is what they mean.

I wish they were more clear on their instructions.

Help - does anyone have info on this?
