Abiotic source, does not mean sustainable... it can still be used at a rate faster than replenished. In those terms, there is a sustainable peak rate of use that must be determined and then managed.

Due to this, the need for alternative source energies is still real IMO, and the more eco-friendly and cleaner sources should be given priority... biofuels grown on arable land should be shelved.
