hmmmm, question about liver flukes again!

Okay, so if I'm seeing the rolled red tomato looking skin things then that is old flukes right? How do I know if I got rid of the flukes though? I did the parasite cleanse from Dr Clark for about 60 days. I just did a liver flush, my first, and saw some rolled red skins, but nothing that looked alive. I don't know what I'm looking for anyway, would I know it if i saw a liver fluke or are they microscopic? If I keep seeing the skins, do I still have the flukes or is it just dead ones coming out? Oh, so much to try and figure out ( : Thanks for responses.
