the rolled red skin is probably just that- rolled red skin from tomatoes, if that's what you consumed within a couple of days before the flush!
You can do a search for liver flukes and see the pictures. I did, after I passed the second group of 8 alien looking critters, nothing like I had ever seen before, nor want to see again!; I had flushed the first group down the toilet, without investigating, it's called denial :-)I could compare them to grubs, but only vaguely. The largest were about 3/4 inch long by 1/4 in wide, nothing microscopic about these guys; the smallest about 1/3 in long. With a magnifying glass I could see the tiny suction cup type legs on them, that's how they cling to the inside lining of the liver ducts.
