I know. I have read it but I have lupus and type 1 diabetes (18yrs). I am currently on chemo and therefore can not even think of having a baby anytime soon. Mirena does have a type of hormone but not estrogen which is considered alot worse. I am trusting the Universities Liver Transplant Team. I do know that the pill has more than five times the hormones as the IUD. The reasoning behind this is that it is close to the source. If every body that has taken the pill would get an ultrasound things would be a whole lot different but I don't see the medical community doing this anytime soon. All meds are pushed by people making a profit and they ALL have crazy side effects. I actually lost my vision with one temporarily and the only thing I was told was to wait and see if came back. Anybody who gets this should research it ahead of time. I was stupid not to but as of right now I'm fine and actually more energetic now I quit taking Yasmin. I didn't want to upset people but you can't blame just one thing on your life falling apart. Thank you for a calm response. Tweet
