I would have said the same thing two years ago, even a year ago, however the past year has been horrible. I have been a stay at home mom for the past few years. Before that I was nominated for teacher of the year for my state. I have two degrees and my masters. Before the Mirena I was called supermom. I went to my doctor last Jan. with really bad anxiety and depression, he put me on anti- Depression pills. They made me tired all of the time and were not helping so I quit taking them. I then started going to a councilor which did not help either. I have always been a well put together person and I felt like I was falling apart. I still was not convinced that it was my Mirena because of people like you. It took me until last month to decide to get it out. I had to get surgery to get it out because it was embedded in my uterus. After only two and a half weeks I FEEL GREAT!!!!!! People around me have said that they notice a big differnce as well. I now have no question in my mind that it was the Mirena that was causing my problems. Please do not come on this site and try to say that you can't have these problems when you have only had it for two weeks. This has been a wonderful support system for me and others. We will welcome you back here soon when you start experiencing the same issues.
