Thanks, that is a great tip, to push in the area that you suggested if anything like that ever happens again.
It was definately a lubrication problem, as it was just too big and waxy compared to a regular movement.
Not to be too graphic, but I did try what another poster suggested, which was to try to reach up there and attempt to yank it out, but it was too big, and too stuck....
I wonder if applying some vaseline or ky jelly might also help to keep the area lubricated?
