Hi JT, first of all congratulations!! Wherever that stone came from, it is far better out than in!! The fact that it was followed by a cupful of dark green bile is an indicator that it was definitely blocking somewhere that stores bile. Off, toxic bile is dark green. Fresh bile is pale yellow and like a gel and has no smell. I suspect you will feel so much better after this. Your experience is similar to my first flush when I also drank the full 2 cups of oil over 2 hours. The flood of toxic bile and stones that came out of me and the resultant radical improvment in my health still amazes me 7 years later and I never tire of telling people my story (when they want to listen!)!!

Sorry to hear about your hemorrhoides bleeding. When you say the stone was half way out of your butt, do you mean it was sticking out of your anus? If so, why didn't you pull it out and save yourself all that straining? In future, you could try an enema to flush the stones out. I have done this before. It's not quite as satisfying in a funny kind of way but it certainly cleans everything out. Make sure you lubricate the pipe before inserting it to avoid inflaming anything.

Once again, congratulations!!! Perhaps best to rest for a while and let your body recover.
