MMS could be used with Iodine if the Iodine is only a at low supplemental dose but I would use them separately otherwise. I think iodine as a low dose supplement is best as there is a iodine deficiency with colitis which needs to be corrected but it doesnt seem to work as well as Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to cleanse and heal the bowel, at least Amato didn't seem to benefit from it this way, maybe someone else has, I don't know as I only used it after MMS
Two drops of 5% Lugols is a good supplement once a day taken separately to MMS and separately from vitamins.
