where to get Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and Lugols?? how much Lugol's Iodine has to be used with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ?? Should it be used before or after Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ?? Does Lugol's need to be taken morning and evening like MMS?? Any diet restrictions??
