I am sorry.

When I said that many people miss out I mean it as the growth they can receive when they fast, not necessarily with prayer. Making a fast something deeply spiritual as I am doing is not for everyone to do. I do not pressure the issue with others. I was talking specifily about what people that do not fast are missing out on. Fasting really helps a person grow mentally and emotionally as well as the body heals itself physically and non fasting people miss out on that. I should have worded my statements more clearly. I am sorry. I will be more careful in the future. I didn't mean to label as I did.

I know that fasting itself revives one's body and corrects alot of abuse that is inflicted upon it.

The many reasons for a fast are not labeled as more important or less important. The focal thing is that with a fast, any one who does it is achieiving a more prefected and whole body, by allowing it to revive, refresh and renew itself.
