Re: Electrolyte water?
very comprehensive, Chris.
"No one knows how long the body is designed to live, because no one has ever spent a lifetime doing the best things for his or her body."
exactly. So, every person is their own experiment in longevity. Nothing has been written in stone.
it's taken me years of studying the debates for and against, (and I was strongly against for ages, on the basis of an idea that distilled water would leech needed minerals from the body.) I've finally come to see it as you present it here, though I'm still leery of the bottles that distilled water comes in.
The critical piece for me, is that the best (living )distilled water comes from good quality fruit and vegetables, preferably sun-ripened, and within season--since these have the right balance of minerals for one's season and place.
Unless the food quality is any good though, (and most of it isn't these days, plus the "ides" as you name them, have interfered with whatever minerals are present), people will likely have to supplement...which gets back to bio-available minerals.
