Re: Discouraged
You say-
"Now I hear that I need to stay on the dewormer for months and months AND do many
Liver Flushes before I can get to a simple colon cleans (which will probably not be so simple.)"
This is incorrect. You can flush your bowels with an enema any time, you don't have to wait until after you do the liver flush. In fact, I always irrigate my bowels before flushing my liver.
Regarding things that will help you to sleep better-
Have you tried getting more exercise and taking Melatonin?
Bloodroot will definitely make you drowsy. If you have worms, it will also give you bad dreams, and that is how you know it is killing worms. And it will make you nauseaus. The only way I could keep it down when I first started taking it was to go to bed, and be very very still until I fell asleep (which doesn't take long when you are on bloodroot) and sleep through the nausea. If you are serious about
parasite cleansing, and you take bloodroot before bedtime, you won't need the ambien.
Regarding the headaches, Feverfew will stop migraines, if you take it regularly, but I'm not sure if it works on cluster headaches. It is better to identify what's causing the headaches and avoid getting poisoned. Mine were caused by xeno-estrogens: Wheat based Soy Sauce, MSG, synthetic odor molecules in some perfumes, Petroleum fumes. Once I stopped exposing myself, the migraines went away.
