Re: Discouraged

Thanks Pioneer for the help. I've very new to all this body flushing. My original goal was to clean out the colons for my wife and I since we're 50 and have probably absorbed a lot of toxins in our lifetimes. As I looked into cleansing I saw that I needed to do parasites first, so I'm starting there. Now I hear that I need to stay on the dewormer for months and months AND do many Liver Flushes before I can get to a simple colon cleans (which will probably not be so simple.). I will probably be better for it in the long run but I'm starting to get in way over my head on the amount of things I will have to do. I can also see that it could quickly become very expensive.

I'm still not off all meds. My goal is to get rid of them using some sort of herbal solution which I haven't discovered yet. The main issue is sleeping. I have a very hard time sleeping. I can be up at 1-2 AM and not feel sleepy. I'll lie in bed cat napping until I get up at 6-7 AM. This happens day after day. I am exhausted during the day but I still am not sleepy at night. After 3-4 days of this I start back on the sleeping pills (Ambien) so I can get some rest at night. I've been taking Ambien every night for the last few years. I would love to get off if it but I also need to get some sleep. I'm willing to try something else but it has to make me sleep or else my body will get run down. The other med I take sometimes is Tylenol when I get a bad headache. If I don't stop my headaches when they're small, they grow very quickly and I end up with a migraine/cluster headache and go to the ER looking to gets a strong painkiller. Untill I can get these two problems taken care of, I need to be taking those products.

I'm hoping there's something in the natural area of herbal medicines that could take the place of Ambien and Tylenol. I'll look into that after I do my bug kills, my liver flushes, and the bowel flushing. I've noticed that I should do many of these programs with juicing fruits and vegetables. So, I've got to find a good juicer and learn how to do that as well. It all seems so overwhelming for someone who just wanted to start by doing one simple process. You can see why I'm discouraged.

I'll look at Doc Sutter's protocol and see what I can learn from there. Thanks.
