I ate a good breakfast without much fat so the pressure would build up in my liver for the stones to pass when I did the flush. I didn't eat much after 2 p.m. and did the coke flush about 6 or 7 oclock in the evening. I was hungry as heck after the flush, but found I could only eat a few mouthfulls of food and waited for about a half hour after the flush to do it. Doc ate some popcorn before he went to bed because it absorbed some of the oil and had some fiber to it. I finished up the Ultraphos drink about a half hour before I did a flush. Guess I found the results of the fushes just toooo interesting to not "play" in it. Besides, in the back of my mind I had plans to help others thru all this in the future and I wanted "proof" that it did work.
I don't know what to say about the nausea from playing in "it", other than to just keep doing the flushes and prove to yourself it does work. There's really no other way to prove to yourself that you passed something without looking. I used a long pair of tweezers. Wannaseeworms used bamboo sticks. What nauseated me was the SMELL of the stuff that came out of me. I did have a hard time with that and got some of Dr. Richard Schulze's Air Detox and USED IT!!! Lighting the match for the sulfur smell just didn't work in MY bathroom!! (Whew! that was the bad part of it all for me)
