A question, Chris re: How Long Between Extended Fasts?

Hi Chris,

Hope you are well. I have almost too much energy today -- finally *loving* the taste
(and the food value I can really feel) in a glass of juice. WOW.

carrot, celery, cucumber, 1/2 lemon (with the biofavonoids! mm) and a nub of a scallion

This is so what I WASN'T feeling after the fast ended, as you know. So, it's taken some times to feel the body has done what it needed to do enough to begin again, as it were.

My question: I think you are aware that I felt I interrupted this fast:
had the spitting 'crisis' the last week and the bitter taste that lasted a week or more. There was other stuff too, that dragged into the post-fast, like a feeling that my lymph was 'thick' or trying to cleanse or thin itself. I keep meaning to fill in that fasting testimony form--and I will, soon, I promise.

(and I hope you will put some version of it where forum visitors can find the form themselves, and see the ones you and Mouse and others have filled in...)

Okay: here's the question--

I wonder about a ten-ten day fast for me as a 'completion' to this 29-dayer.
Do you feel that 7-10 days would be enough, and if so, how long should I reasonably wait to do this? These shorter fasts a few times a year you (and the masters) seem to be advocating would seem to presume the longer fast was "completed", yes?

I know for a fact that mine was not, the the sense that there's more healing to address--So, would I have to likely do one of fifteen days or even more?

I realize you might be short of a few pieces of info. from me and might be taking a guess here, but I value your "guesses"--based as they are on a good balance of
experience and study.
