I don't know. I plan on doing something similar. I'm thinking of fasting one week out of the month, and doing a diet that is about 70% raw with natural grains and beans.
They way you have decided to break the fast sounds good to me, and doing just raw for a while sounds like a good idea. I think I'll break my fast with oranges except I'd probably eat the whole things. I'm not hungry but I am daydreaming about all the healthy foods I want to eat all day.
