Dr. Clark said in her book that one needs to wait at least four hours after eating before taking the
epson salts or you will get nauseated. This is to allow the stomach to empty itself of it contents. I
guess that some people may have a poor digestive system and my need to wait more then four
hours. Could that be why you were nauseated?
