Have you tried mixing the olive oil with the juice?
I make sure that the grapefruit is ice cold before squeezing it. I then pour in the organic extra
virgin olive oil. I use a tupperware type container and shake the mixture vigorously for about 30
seconds. I then chug it down in about 20 seconds. I have never been nauseated from doing this. I
find that it tastes better if the grapefruit is cold and not at room temperature.
