people vote THEIR own special interests... not in the best interest of the country as a whole, even if that special interest is based solely on a candidate's looks, charisma, a celebrity endorsement, what-have-you. As superficial as that may be, it is the way of things unfortunately. Most of America is brain dead as are some (most?) of the posters here and in other political forums.

The fate of the country lies in the hands of these, me and my ideas\interests first, superficial voters...
