Sour Grapes...
Ron Paul undid himself. Just the same way that Dole, Dukakis, Kerry and Gore ALL undid themselves.
The way to tell who will survive an election cycle and come out on top is by the way the candidates project themselves. Via charisma, vibration, frequency or whatever terminology that works in your lexicon.
Here is a simple way to do it. Shut off the sound to the boob toob. Then just study the faces of the candidates, then look at their mannerisms.
DuhKakis or Dorkakis lost because he looked like a dork. The shot of him in the helmet while he rode the tank destroyed him. It was precious!
Dole lost because he was a man with a dead arm! Clinton was tall handsome and virile. He could not lose next to Dole. A no-brainer!
Kerry lost because he looked like Lurch (a popular nickname) and his wife needed to be committed! Again no need to have the sound turned on. People vote with their subconscious. THIS IS WHY THE LIBERALS JUST DON'T GET IT! The attack with incest jokes (anti-family). They attack with calling taxes patriotis (anti-American). They spit on the military (morons).
People refused to vote for Romney because of his religion. This goes deep into the psyche. The same principle can be applied to Obama. (the sound does not need to be on) to see what he is about-the fact is MANY people will NOT vote for a black man-Period! There is nothing that can be done about his skin color.
Ron Paul with the sound off or on is a loser. You can jack off to his message all night long and dwell on you orgasmic undulations about him till your blue in the face. We live in a polarity. Dems and reps. The choice is clear unless your are lost in delusion about how it 'could have been'.
When people look at Sarah Palin with the sound off they see an authentic, clear eyed, intelligent candidate. ISSUES ARE IRRELEVANT! She is attractive and charismatic. This is why the intense vitriol, venom and specious hatred has arisen from the media (such as See BS). She is a lightening rod because she has POWER! Deal with it! (Mccain is irrelevant in this equation).
Again, you libs just don't get it!
