Yes I did parasite cleanses before this. I have actually been on and off one the last 7 weeks(two weeks of parasite cleanse, 5 days off, etc...) as it took a couple of weeks to convince the rest of my family that we all needed to do this. They aren't totally convinced but I insisted. I am not doing her specific formula because I had purchased my products before I had her book. I did pass some parasites but not nearly as many as I did on my first parasite cleanse last year. From what I can see the ingredients are essentially the same and I am going to build the zapper and use if for a while just to make sure. The first one we built caught fire. My husband says that dots mean to make a connection but in her book dots mean a hole in the box. LOL Sorry I just found it quite amusing to watch an electrician catch something on fire. Anyway.... back to the topic....

Yes I stopped eating and drinking over 12 hours before the flush except for some water.

I found that putting the water and Epsom Salts in the freezer for a half hour before I drank them it was more tolerable but the residue still burned my throat. Thanks though, I appreciate your taking time to stop and write me.

My first flush wasn't from her book it was one of the other recipies and I tried to take two cups of oil. When it started sloshing around inside of me and gagging me I just couldn't make myself take that last 3\4 cup. But despite taking more of the oil I kept more of it down. Doesn't make sence to me.

I spent about 6 hours yesterday reading this forum plus I reread all my recipies to see if there was anything I had missed. I should be starting this cleanse in the next few hours. It's only been a week since my last one but I have some of the symptoms of one being stuck and I don't want to chance it. I have to time it so everyone goes to bed before I start as I don't like people sitting around watching me drink oil. Makes me feel like a test animal. The rest of my family is going to do the flush next weekend so wish us luck. If I throw up but still pass some stones I guess it's still doing part of it's job. So I'll continue with my quest for health even if it's not as effective for me as for others. I am begining to wonder if I am just incredibly toxic and till some of it's been cleared out so that my body can function better I will just have to live with things.
