Re: vomiting during the night

I think I better give more info. I was sound asleep when I woke up and subsequentially threw up. Not much stress. Now I did get a bit stressed when I felt like I was dieing the first time but I knew that I was fine the second time. The first time I did get nausea right after swallowing the oil but the second time I felt fine. The second time I was feeling confident that this was a good thing and looking forward to the benifits of my first cleanse. The only thing I absolutly dread of the whole cleanse is the Epsom Salts . They really burn my throat and stomach. I'm picking up some of the mag citrite to see if that helps.

I don't have constipation problems except for when I am doing the Atkins diet (for weight loss and Sugar balance problems) which I haven't done since I started the parasite cleanses. I have been keeping myself pretty cleaned out as part of my parasite program. In fact if anything I was more cleaned out the second time than the first time. Since the second time I used applejuice for several days ahead of time and that has a laxative effect on me. One thing I did learn is never ever eat meat the day of the cleanse. Did that the morning of the first cleanse. Ugh! Nothing like feeling as though you have rotten meat in your stomach. In fact that has caused me to be careful what I eat with my meat since then.

I just realised that I havn't had a sinus headache since I took the second cleanse. Rain usually triggers the headaches and it's rained twice. Maybe even removing those few stones helped more than I had thought.

I am going to cleanse again tonight and was hoping that someone would have some kind of tip. If I can get the peppermint oil I will try that though by the time I wake up It may be too late.

I thought I threw up the first time because of running to the bathroom as you said but I didn't do that the second time. Probably because I had cleaned myself out the day before the cleanse and had nothing for the Epsom Salts to do thier magic on. I wasn't even sick till I woke up.

Any other hints?
